Day 01
Exploring Ooty
  • After breakfast, dedicate your day to exploring the lush beauty of Ooty.
  • Start with a visit to the famous Botanical Gardens, home to an impressive variety of plants, orchids, and century-old trees. Next, head to Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiris, offering panoramic views of the hills and valleys.
  • By midday, you can visit Tea Factory and Museum, where you’ll get insights into tea production and even sample some local blends.
  • In the afternoon, take a relaxing boat ride on Ooty Lake or try out some cycling around the lake’s perimeter.
  • Visit Rose Garden, known for its extensive collection of roses, and later enjoy a quiet walk through Thread Garden, which showcases handmade floral art.

Ooty Local Sightseeing & Coonoor Excursion
  • After a hearty breakfast, set out for a full day of local exploration in and around Ooty. Start with a visit to the beautiful Rose Garden, known for its vast collection of vibrant and fragrant roses.
  • Head to the Tea Factory and Museum to learn about the region’s rich tea heritage and sample fresh Nilgiri brews. Next, drive to Coonoor, a charming hill town located about 20 km from OotyHere, visit Sim’s Park, a botanical garden with rare plant species, and enjoy scenic viewpoints like Lamb’s Rock and Dolphin’s Nose, both offering stunning vistas of the lush valleys and distant waterfalls.
  • You may also opt for a ride on the Nilgiri Mountain Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage experience known for its nostalgic steam engine and breathtaking views.
  • Return to Ooty by evening and spend the night at your hotel

Day 03
Ooty Sightseeing & Departure

  • If you're interested in shopping, pick up some local specialties like homemade chocolates, aromatic oils, and handmade crafts from the Ooty market.
  • After completing your sightseeing, check out from the hotel and proceed back to Coimbatore for your return journey, carrying with you the serene charm and pleasant memories of the Nilgiri hills.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

  • 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 10 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 20 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

If you Cancel your Holiday

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 50% of total cost

  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 75% of total cost

  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
